Butter Chicken Pizza with Onion and Arugula.

This is a great recipe to use leftover Butter Chicken the next day or to satisfy your craving for Indian and Italian food in the same meal. I made the pizza on a naan bread but this recipe will work equallyย well on a pizza base. Arugula adds a peppery taste and colour contrast to the pizza.


  1. Leftover Butter Chicken made with GOOD FOOD FOR GOOD simmer sauce – 1/2 cup
  2. Naan – 2 pieces
  3. Sheep’s milk feta – 1/4 cup
  4. Spanish onion (sliced) – 1/2 cup
  5. Arugula – 1 cup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spread the prepared butter chicken on the two naans, top with onion and cheese
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or till cheese melts
  4. Garnish with fresh arugula
