This is a great recipe to use leftover Butter Chicken the next day or to satisfy your craving for Indian and Italian food in the same meal. I made the pizza on a naan bread but this recipe will work equally well on a pizza base. Arugula adds a peppery taste and colour contrast to the pizza.


  1. Good Food For Good Butter Chicken Sauce – 1/2 cup
  2. Naan – 2 pieces
  3. Sheep’s milk feta – 1/4 cup
  4. Spanish onion (sliced) – 1/2 cup
  5. Arugula – 1 cup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spread the prepared butter chicken on the two naans, top with onion and cheese
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or till cheese melts
  4. Garnish with fresh arugula
