Vegan Cheesy Nachos

Spring is finally here! I love easy simple recipes when the weather inside so I have to spend the least amount of time in the kitchen. These Vegan Cheesy Nachos are loaded with flavour and are super easy to make. Its a great dish that even children can put it together.

Ingredients:

  1. Organic Tortilla Chips – Low salt if possible
  2. Nona Vegan Cheesy Style Sauce
  3. Good Food For Good Chile de Arbol Sauce for Tacos (Hot) or Ancho Chile Sauce for Enchiladas (Mild) sauce
  4. Cooked Black beans (1 cup)
  5. Shredded cabbage, carrots, peppers or any other vegetable of your choice
  6. Chopped cilantro
  7. Lime juice to garnish the slaw

 

Method

  1. Prepare the slaw by mixing all the shredded ingredients and adding lime juice to taste.
  2. Warm up the Nona Vegan Cheesy Style Sauce and Chile de Arbol Sauce for Tacos (Hot) or Ancho Chile Sauce for Enchiladas (Mild) sauce (whichever you like)
  3. Spread the Nacho chips in a  plate and generously pour Chile de Arbol Sauce for Tacos (Hot) or Ancho Chile Sauce for Enchiladas (Mild) sauce.
  4. Top it up with warm Nona Vegan Cheesy Style Sauce
  5. Garnish with black beans, slaw and cilantro.
  6. You can also add jalapeño and/or Mango for more flavour.
