It’s that time of the year! Time to reset and give our bodies 30 days of good food to get food freedom. For 30 days, give up food culprits and eat real food. You will see the difference!
Traditionally, Whole30 is not a plant–based diet, but they have resources that help people adapt Whole30 to their own personal food choices. I personally do a Veg Whole30, I use nuts and seeds for protein in place of meat. I have compiled 30 recipes in this blog that will make this Whole30 journey delicious and rewarding.
