Coconut Curry Quinoa Bowl
Roasted sweet potato, cauliflower, chickpeas and toasted sunflower seeds tossed in coconut curry sauce and served over quinoa with a side of Tikka Masala roasted potatoes and a green salad featuring our house made vinaigrette dressing.
