All the pricing is in USD. Your credit card should be able to convert it into your currency.

Our Products 

Are all the ingredients you use organic? 

We proudly use only organic ingredients in all our products. We are certified organic by Pro-Cert. All our products are USDA certified. 

 

Are your products made locally? Are your ingredients locally sourced? 

Yes, all our products are manufactured in Ontario, Canada. Not all of our organic ingredients are locally sourced.

 

Do you have a list of ingredients for Good Food For Good Sauces? 

Specific ingredients are listed on the back label of each jar, on all product detail pages on our website. You can read more about our ingredients here. 

 

If you don’t use sugar, what do you sweeten the sauces with?

We do not use any syrups or sugars, but naturally sweeten only with dates. Each jar of Good Food For Good Ketchup and BBQ Sauces is only sweetened with one date. 

 

Are your sauces gluten free and dairy free? 

All Good Food For Good sauces are free from gluten and dairy. Please check individual product pages for their ingredient list. 

 

Are your sauces vegan friendly?

Yes, all our sauces are vegan friendly—as well as paleo and keto diet friendly. Each product is certified Whole30 approved.

 

What is your manufacturing allergen info? 

Our sauces are manufactured in a shared peanut-free facility. Several preventive measures and controls are in place to ensure that products remain allergen-free. 

 

Is the organic apple cider vinegar naturally fermented or does it contain brewer’s yeast?

Our organic apple cider vinegar does not contain brewer’s yeast. The product is not filtered or pasteurised so it does contain the live acetobacter. However it will not contain the “scoby”. 

 

Do your sauces need to be refrigerated? 

All Good Food For Good sauces are shelf stable but need to be refrigerated after opening.

 

What’s the shelf life of your products? 

All products purchased on our website will have Best Before date anywhere from 30 days to 365 days. 

 

How long does Ketchup & BBQ Sauce last after opening the jar? 

Our sauces are free of preservatives. We recommend storing an opened jar of our ketchup and barbecue sauces in the refrigerator and can last up to 3 months without contamination. All other sauces will be safe for 5-10 days in the fridge. Be sure to refrigerate the sauces for best taste and quality after opening the jar.

   

Should I refrigerate the sauces after opening the jar? 

Yes! Please refrigerate Good Food For Good Sauces after opening for best quality and taste. 

 

How do you use the cooking sauces? 

You can also use our organic cooking sauces to roast, marinate, grill or simply use as a dipping sauce! You’ll also find a recipe on the side of the label on each cooking sauce jar. Visit our 30-min recipe blog or download our exclusive Cookbooks for delicious and nutritious meal ideas. 

   

Can kids consume your sauces?

Of course. Good Food For Good sauces is a great alternative to sugary sauces in the market, which don’t provide any nutrition.

Where can I buy your products?

We sell at all major retail stores across US and Canada. Please look at our store locator to find a location near you. Our Cooking Sauces require refrigeration and can only be purchased in retail stores currently - but you can pre-order here. Our Organic Ketchups and Organic BBQ Sauces are also available to purchase online at www.goodfoodforgood.ca.

 

Where can I find Good Food For Good products inside my grocery store? 

Depending on the grocery store, you can either find our Organic Ketchups and Organic BBQ Sauces by the condiment section or the organic section. The Indian and Mexican sauces can be found in the International/World Flavors aisle and the Bolognese Sauces along with pasta sauces.

Domestic & International Shipping 

At Good Food For Good, we understand that you do not want to wait too long to enjoy our delicious and healthy sauces. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible and to keep shipping costs reasonable. Please find below answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about our shipping policies and rates.

 

What countries do you ship to?  

Good Food For Good ships to Canada and US addresses only. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes. We charge a flat shipping rate of $12 based with free shipping on minimum order purchase to some locations. 

 

Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?   

No, we do not. Sorry!

How do I return/exchange if I receive a wrong product?
