A fiery sauce from Goa, India that combines the best of Portuguese and Indian cuisines. Its by far one of the spiciest Indian sauces that we have had. Its a great blend of several types of chillies with warm whole spices and apple cider vinegar. Traditionally vindaloo was cooked with lamb but we like it in several other dishes.
