Spicy Mexican Soup with Zucchini Noodles

Easy delicious soup that’s ready in 15 minutes! That’s true, we have done all the work. All you need to do is add water, some salt, lime and zucchini noodles. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:  

  1. In a heavy bottom pot add ½ jar of Spicy Taco sauce and 4 cups of water. 
  2. Bring it to boil and add lime juice and salt. Soup is ready. 
  3. Add Zucchini noodles to the bowl and top it with hot soup. 
  4. Garnish with Cilantro. 

 

PRO-TIP:

Add ½ cup ground up pumpkin seed to add some protein boost. Add some roasted vegetables like cauliflower and sweet potato to convert it to stew from soup.
