Vegan 

Serves 4-6 | Cooks in 40 mins 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 Shallots
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 Minced Garlic Clove
  • ½ Cup Cooked Butternut Squash or Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Potato
  • 1/3 Cup Frozen Green Peas
  • 1 Bottle of Good Food For Good Butter Chicken Sauce

Directions: 

  1. In a sauce pan, fry shallots with the garlic.
  2. Add butternut squash, potato, green peas, and some water. Pour in Good Food For Good Butter Chicken Sauce and let all ingredients simmer together.
  3. Right before serving, add chopped bell pepper, and let it simmer for a minute or so.
  4. Serve with rice and enjoy.
