Veggie Packed Taco Recipe by Sukaina

Vegan 

Serves 4-6 | Cooks in 40 mins 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 Pack Shredded Broccoli Slaw Mix
  • 1 Red Onion Sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper Sliced
  • 1 Cup Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
  • 1 Jar Good Food For Good Spicy Taco Sauce
  • Corn Tortillas Wraps
  • Toppings: Plant-Based Yogurt, Pickled Onions, and Jalapenos.

Directions: 

  1. Heat skillet, add oil.
  2. Once heated add garlic and sauté.
  3. Add in onion, pepper, and broccoli slaw and continue to sauté.
  4. Add in sauce and bring to a simmer.
  5. Spoon vegetable mix into warmed tortillas and top with your favorite toppings.
