Who doesn't love butternut squash soup? Here's a hearty warming soup made with just 2 ingredients! A delicious and warming blend of coconut curry and sweet and creamy butternut squash.
- 4 cups of cubed butternut squash
- 1 jar Good Food for Good Coconut Curry Sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups water
- Add all ingredients in a heavy bottom pot and cook until butternut squash is soft and all ready to be bleneded.
- Blend it smooth.
- Garnish with cilantro and some toasted pumpkin seeds.
