Whole30 Squash Soup

Who doesn't love butternut squash soup? Here's a hearty warming soup made with just 2 ingredients! A delicious and warming blend of coconut curry and sweet and creamy butternut squash.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups of cubed butternut squash
  • 1 jar Good Food for Good Coconut Curry Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups water

 

      METHOD

      1. Add all ingredients in a heavy bottom pot and cook until butternut squash is soft and all ready to be bleneded.
      2. Blend it smooth. 
      3. Garnish with cilantro and some toasted pumpkin seeds.
