Cauliflower Taco Bowl

Serves 4-6 | Cooks in 40 mins
Ingredients:
½ Head of Cauliflower
½ Jar of Good Food For Good Mild Taco Sauce
Tortilla Chips, Crackers, or Pizza Crust
A few Mushrooms
A Bell Pepper
A Handful of Spinach
Sliced Red Onion
1 Lime for Drizzling with Lime Juice
Directions:
Steam cauliflower until soft.
Marinate cauliflower with Good Food For Good Mild Taco Sauce
Assemble your bowl with chips or crust of choice, spinach, vegetables, desired toppings, and cauliflower.
