  Makes 8-10 hashbrowns  Ingredients 3 russet potatoes 1 egg 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt  Avocado or olive oil for frying Directions  “Par boil” your potatoes.
