  Makes 8-10 hashbrowns  Ingredients 3 russet potatoes 1 egg 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp salt  Avocado or olive oil for frying Directions  “Par boil” your potatoes.   Makes 3-4 rice balls  Ingredients 1 cup cooked jasmine rice ¼ cup chopped carrots ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper 1 tbsp Good Food For Good butter chicken sauce Avocado or olive oil for frying  Directions Finely chop carrots and red bell pepper.
